Welcome to my travel blog! I’m Suzi an ex journalist, full-time digital marketer and travel blogger.

I was born in Germany into an Army family and grew up around the UK. It was whilst studying fashion and culture journalism at university I discovered travel was more than Haven holidays and beach trips. Since then I’ve known that travelling the world was something I needed to do, I needed to see more culture and gain more knowledge of the world and the people in it.

I have written for cruise ship magazines, tourism websites, and also have some small pieces in previous editions of The Sunday Times Travel magazine (a huge highlight for me and something I will never forget) , but this year I decided it was time to write for me and my own audience, so here I am.

I currently work full-time as a digital marketer so my travelling has to be done during my annual leave, fortunately I have a few more days in the UK than most, 33 to be exact and I try to use that to the fullest. So here we are my reviews, advice and tips for travelling the world on UK annual leave.
